Pay Assessments

There are 3 options available when paying your assessments as provided below:

 

1. Check or Money Order

You may pay your HOA assessment by check or money order at the offices of Thoroughbred Management. Cash or Credit Card payments are not accepted at the office. You may also mail your payment to the PO Box address provided below. Please include your payment coupon and/or your account number with your payment.

2. Recurring Automatic Payments

Recurring payments can be established by clicking the link below. This will take you to the bank's secure website where you have the ability to establish a profile to manage and set up recurring automatic payments. Note that when you login for the first time, you must create your account by selecting the "create account" icon at the bottom left. The benefits of establishing your profile are:

  • You can set-up recurring automatic payments
  • Edit and delete recurring automatic payments
  • Choose your own payment date
  • View payment history
  • Change debiting bank account number without having to complete any forms

3. One Time Automatic Online Payment by Credit/Debit Card or E check

You may pay your HOA Assessment at Alliance Association Financial Services, which is the Bank of Nevada’s HOA Division. Credit Card Payments will be charged a fee equal to 3% of the transaction amount. Debit Cards will be charged a fee of $5.00. There are no fees when paying with E-Check or Recurring Automatic Payments (referred to by the bank as Recurring ACH).

You will need your Payment Coupon (sample shown below)  to make your online payment. Contact Thoroughbred Management if you do not have your Payment Coupon.

At the website, you will select the "One-Time eCheck Payment" or "One Time Credit Card Payment" (for credit card and debit payments) icons at the bottom of the page. As a reminder, E-checks are free, , Credit Card Payments will be charged a fee equal to 3% of the transaction amount, Debit Cards will be charged a fee of $5.00.
